International Women in Engineering Day

Forty Beaumont students have taken part in project work to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, 2018.  Dr Jones led the programme which included guest speakers, Nicola Morris from Stomor and Erin Valenzuela from MBDA.

Year 8 Drama Club performance

Members of the Year 8 Drama Club have presented their devised performance based on the book The Giver by Lois Lowry. This novel has been the latest in Beaumont’s “Whole School Reads” programme and was used as the inspiration for the dramatic piece.

Bronze DofE Expedition

62 students, 4 teachers, 5 parents and 3 Activity Assessors went to the Chilterns last weekend for the assessed expedition for the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. We had much better weather than the first expedition and happily all students passed.
