School Hours

The school day runs from 8.30am to 3.25pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 2.40pm on Fridays during term time. This totals 33.8 hours in a normal school week.

Students in Years 7-11 should arrive on site by 8.25am each day to attend Registration in their Form Rooms at 8.30am.  Sixth Form students may have a later start to their school day on days when they do not have lessons at the start of the morning.

The school site is accessible to students from 8.15am and remains open after the school day to accommodate extra-curricular activities, clubs and sports fixtures, &c on an ad hoc basis.  The school car park is available for parents/carers to drop off and collect students as required for trips, visits and out of hours events.  The car park is locked at other times.

The school Reception is staffed from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.15pm on Fridays during term time.  There is an answerphone facility for out of hours phone calls.

All visitors must report to Reception on arrival.
