Work Experience
All Year 10 students take part in a week of Work Experience during the summer term.
This is an important element of the programme of Careers Education Information and Guidance provision from which our students benefit throughout their time at Beaumont. The vast majority of Year 10 students enjoy their week of work experience and count it as a valuable experience. Whilst with the costs of placements continuing to rise some schools are withdrawing or limiting Work Experience, we believe that it plays an essential part in our students’ development of essential work-related skills and preparation for life.
You can view the PowerPoint slides from the Work Experience Information Evening (20.10.26) here when available.
