Field, Access and Buildings Project (FAB)
Our “FAB” project – standing for Field, Access and Buildings – has been planned over several years and has, so far, comprised two phases.
Phase 1 – the all-weather pitches & sports fields In September 2015, the first of the new sports facilities came into use. These comprise a suite of floodlit all-weather pitches and a Multi-User Games Area (MUGA) for sports such as netball, tennis and basketball. Our new playing fields include a professional standard Rugby pitch. Also, as part of this phase of development, we refurbished two of our Science labs to a university-level standard. Phase 3 – a Science block A new Science Block, comprising 12 new laboratories and six additional teaching rooms. Read more about this exciting development here.
