Some departments, such as Music and Languages, have their own dedicated buildings while the remainder of subjects are housed within the three main school buildings; one of which is a four-court sports hall complex, incorporating a 30 station fitness suite, which was opened in September 2016.

The Maths and Computing departments are also situated in the sports hall block, in dedicated classrooms enhanced with state-of-the-art ICT facilities.

We have seven, purpose-built and recently refurbished Science labs; eight computer rooms; dedicated Technology rooms and a recently extended Sixth Form area, with both communal and quiet study areas. These include the Sixth Form Library, the Atrium social and cafe area as well as a suite of computers for exclusive use by Sixth Form students.

Alongside the sports hall complex facilities, students participating in sport do so using our gym, an all-weather pitch, multi-use games area and three, full-sized grass sports pitches.

In Autumn 2016, we completed the second phase of our new and enhanced facilities, funded by the land-swap and new housing project in partnership with the Local Authority.  Phase 1 was the addition of the all-weather pitch, multi-use games area and three, full-sized grass sports pitches.  In Phase 2, we opened a four court sports hall complex, incorporating conference facilities and a 30 station fitness suite, alongside our existing gym facilities.  Within this new build programme, we have created new reception and admin areas, improved parking as well as eleven additional, I.T. enhanced classrooms.  At the same time, a successful bid to the Wolfson Foundation provided funding to enhance several of our Science laboratories.

Alongside major refurbishment of some of our older buildings, Phase 3 will include the building of a new Science Block, currently in the planning stages, for construction next year.  This has been funded through an increase in school roll and government grants.
