Arts Award

This is the second year we have offered Year 8 students the chance to enter for a Bronze level Arts Award. Arts Award takes children and young people on a creative journey, exploring the arts world, discovering their potential as artists, developing leadership skills  –  and gaining a recognised qualification along the way. The programme, run by the Drama department, supports the students through the process and encourages students to use any arts skills they have (music, crafting, martial arts, dancing, drama, pottery, drawing/painting, &c).

This year, 2024/25, we have 35 students participating in the programme and all students who completed it last year, passed with flying colours and are now all proud owners of a Bronze Arts Award.
