Students in Years 7 to 10 take end of year exams in the second half of Summer Term

External Examinations

The Exams Office is open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm on a Friday during term time. If you wish to contact the Exams Manager Mrs Colls please do so via the main school telephone number 01727 854726 or exams@beaumont.herts.sch.uk. If you have an appointment to visit the Exams Manager, please report to Reception.

Results Days  -  2017

 'A' level Results Day:  Thursday 17 August 2017

A2 results available from 9.00 - 10.00 am in the Assembly Hall

A/S results available from 9.30 - 10.30 am in the Assembly Hall

If you not sure that you have the required grades for entry into Year 13 (from Year 12) please see Mr de Kort or Mr Atkinson who are available in school until 2.00pm.

GCSE Results Day: Thursday 24 August 2017

Results issued in the Assembly Hall between 9.00 am and 11.00 am

Please note that there is school documentation for results services issued with results on Results Day and also available from the Exams Office during stated times. If you do not use the correct form for an exam service request it may not be possible for it to be processed due to lack of the correct information. Details of Post-Result Enquiry fees are detailed on the (orange) Results Day Service Application Form.

Collection of results

If you are unable to collect your results in person between the specified times on the appropriate Results Day, you may either:

  • Write a letter to be handed in by a named person (who must provide suitable id) to a member of  staff on Results Day. Or,
  • Provide a stamped and addressed envelope on or prior to your Results Day. Results will be posted on the Results Day and will be received by the candidate at a later date, depending on the class of stamps supplied.

Please note that it may not be possible for candidates to collect exam results beyond the specified times on their Results Day unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Also, that results are not normally given out over the telephone.
